| 摘 要： | 卵泡刺激素(FSH)是一种糖蛋白激素,其主要的生理作用是促进雌性动物子宫内膜生长、排卵、刺激多卵泡发育及刺激雄性动物精子发生。本文综述了近年来在FSH的分子结构、理化性质和作用机理等方面的研究进展及其在超数排卵、卵母细胞体外成熟和治疗人类相关生殖疾病方面的应用前景。

| Abstract: | FSH is a glycoprotein hormone. Its physiological function could promote endometrium growth、ovulating、stimulating follicle develop for female animals and stimulate spermatogenesis for male animals.This text summarize the research progress of molecular structure、quality 、mechanism and the application outlook of MOET、IVM、therapy of some human relevant disease. |
