| 摘 要： | 在畜禽养殖过程中,热应激和动物中毒事件都对动物健康有很大的影响。在饲料中添加价格低廉、营养丰富的绿豆,利用其清热祛暑、解毒、利水等药用功效,可以有效减缓或治疗动物因炎热引起的各种疾病,对动物误食农药等有毒物质或药物摄入过量引起的中毒也有良好的缓解作用。文章综述了绿豆作为一种饲料原料在我国畜牧行业的应用及前景展望。
