| 摘 要： | 采用硫酸铵分级沉淀法、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex-25层析脱盐、DEAE-纤维素纯化等方法获得固始鸡血清免疫球蛋白G,再用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法进行分离,发现固始鸡血清免疫球蛋白显示两条蛋白谱带,它们分别是固始鸡血清免疫球蛋白G的重链(H)和轻链(L),与已知分子量的标准参照蛋白比较,测得其分子量分别约为72000kD、30000kD。

| Abstract: | Gushi broilers serum Immunoglobulin G(IgG) was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation,Sephadex-25 chromatography and DEAE-Sepharose column chromatography,respectively.the serum IgG H chain and L chain was then determined by SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and its molecular weight was estimated in contrast with the known molecular weight standard protein marks. as a result,the IgG H chain and L chain are about 72000kD and 30000kD,respectively. |
