| 摘 要： | 随机选取体重相近的12头断奶仔猪,分别采取仔猪断奶时,断奶后第七天、第十四天和第二十八天的血液进行抗氧化功能指标的测定。结果发现:断奶应激对仔猪血清SOD的活性影响不大,而血清GSH-Px活性第七天和第十四天的极显著低于断奶时的和第二十八天的(P<0.01)。第七天的MDA含量高于断奶时、断奶后第十四天和第二十八天的差异显著(P<0.05)。

| Abstract: | 12 weight similar weaned piglets were respectly taken blood simply at weaning,7th day , 14th day and 28th day in order to determinate blood antioxidant function indexes .The results is as follows:There was no effect of weaned stress on surme SOD activity, but GSH-Px activities of 7th and 14th day were extreme significantly lower than that of at weaning and 28th (P<0.01).Surme MDA content of 7th day was significantly higher than that of at weaning、14th and 21 th day(P<0.05). |
