Study on the carbohydrate nutrition of early weaning piglets

Early-weaning of piglets was affected by physiology, nutrition and environment, which resulted in stimulation and abnormal growth. In where, nutrition was the most important. In this paper, the function of carbohydrate and the distributing character of its digestant enzyme was illuminated, and the mechanism of digesting and absorbing carbohydrate was described. The species and utilization of some main carbohydrate were also analyzed and summarized. Which all were used to provided the basic theroy for matching the weaned piglets feed reasonably.
