鸡抗鸭源大肠杆菌卵黄抗体的研制

摘    要:用鸭源大肠杆菌125号菌株制成的灭活油佐剂苗、蜂胶苗及无佐剂菌苗作为免疫原,免疫经产蛋鸡,定期收集鸡蛋,用氯仿提取卵黄抗体,采用试管凝集法检测抗体效价。结果表明:油佐剂灭活苗的抗体维持时间较长,在免疫后60d还能保持较高水平,其峰值达到1∶24。蜂胶灭活疫苗的抗体产生速度比较快,消失也较快,其峰值达到1∶12,40d后抗体基本上消失。不加佐剂的灭活菌苗抗体产生速度较快,10d达到峰值1∶16,然后呈逐渐下降趋势,免疫40d后波动较小。结果,油佐剂灭活菌苗免疫后产生的抗体效价及持续时间高于无佐剂灭活苗和蜂胶苗的抗体效价。

Abstract:In this study we used the inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine which was made by the 125 strain of the E.coli of the ducks inactivated proplis-emulsion vaccine and inactivated vaccine as immunities separately. We vaccinated the laying hens and collected the eggs regularly from the hens .Then we extracted the yolk antibodies from the eggs and tested the effect of the yolk antibodies through the agglutination test.The result showed that the yolk antibodies from oil-emulsion vaccine maintained longly and could sustain a higher level after the vaccination in 60 days. The peak could reach 1∶24. However the yolk antibodies from proplis-emulsion had faster speed of its appearance and disappearance. The peak was 1∶12 and the antibody disappeared on the whole after 40 days.The third antibody had a faster speed of production and its peak was 1∶16. Then present the downword hrend gradually It is relatively small to fluctuate in 40 days.The york antibodies from oil-emulsion the antibady effert and duration that produce higher than antibady effect of the yolk amtiodies from proplis-ornulsion and the trird antibody.
