免疫佐剂研究概述

随着分子生物学的发展,疫苗学翻开新的篇章。DNA疫苗作为第三代疫苗,已经被证实能够诱导机体产生体液免疫和细胞免疫。然而,传统佐剂制备的DNA疫苗的免疫原性很低,不能产生有效的保护力。因此,寻找新型佐剂已迫在眉睫。文章介绍了近年免疫佐剂研究进展,并重点介绍常用及研究较多的新型佐剂的特点,为开发研制高效、低毒、结构新颖的免疫佐剂提供参考。

The Summary Of Immunoadjuvant Research

With the development of molecular biology,vaccinology has opened a new chapter.As a third-generation vaccines DNA vaccines has been shown to induce humoral and cellular immunity.However,the DNA vaccine adding the traditional adjuvant has so low immunogenicity that it can not produce effective protection force.Therefore,the search for new adjuvant is imminent.In order to provide reference for developing efficient,low toxicity and novel structure immunoadjuvants,this paper reviewes recent studies about research progress on immunoadjuvants,and emphatically introduces the character of adjuvants which are often used at present and more researched.
