| 摘 要： | 对常见的草原杂草醉马草(Achnatheruminebrians)茎、叶中的生物碱成分进行了分析研究。从颜色反应及质谱分析来看醉马草生物碱主要为有机胺类,总含量为0.1396%。所得单体进行质谱分析,确定出11种化合物,其中生物碱类7种,含有少量吡唑啉类、酚类及含硫、含磷的杂环化合物。此类化合物毒性都比较强,因此牲畜误食会出现中毒。此结果为防治牲畜中毒及醉马草的深度开发提供了依据和参考。 |

| Abstract: | Analyzing the components of alkaloid of Achnatherum inebrians'stem, leaf and root the study shows: the alkaloid is in organic amine, and the total content is 0.1396%. Using mass spectrograph it include 7 alkaloid of 11 compounds,which contain hydroxybenzene,sulphur,phosphorous and heterocyclic radicle.which preventing and curing poisoned cattle and further development of Achnatherumn inebrians. |
