淮北采煤塌陷区小型湖泊浮游植物群落结构特征

摘    要:本研究于2017年4、7、10月和2018年1月调查淮北采煤塌陷区东湖和刘桥湖浮游植物群落结构的季节变化及其与环境因子的关系,以期为采煤塌陷区湖泊渔业资源的可持续利用、水质监测和生物多样性保护提供参考。结果表明,东湖浮游植物7门53属88种,刘桥湖浮游植物7门47属80种。东湖主要优势种为小席藻(Phormidium tenue)、针形纤维藻(Ankistrodesmus acicularis)、弯形尖头藻(Raphidiopsis curvata)、中华尖头藻(R.sinensia)和长菱形藻弯端变种(Nitzschia longissima var.reversa)。刘桥湖主要优势种为小席藻(P.tenue)、微小平裂藻(Merismopedia tenuissima)、卵形隐藻(Cryptomonas ovate)和狭形纤维藻(A.angustus)。刘桥湖浮游植物的平均密度和生物量(656.7×10^5 cells/L和12.71 mg/L)高于东湖(654.8×10^5 cells/L和6.24 mg/L)。东湖和刘桥湖呈现富营养化状态。冗余分析(RDA)表明,水温、TN、TP和浮游甲壳动物是影响2个湖泊浮游植物群落结构变化的主要因素。

Abstract:Seasonal dynamics of phytoplankton community structure and its relationship with environmental factors in the collapse lakes(Lake Donghu and Lake Liuqiao)of Huaibei mining areas were investigated in April,July and October 2017 and January 2018,in order to provide important references for fishery management,environmental monitoring and biodiversity protection in these lakes.The results showed that a total of 88 species in Lake Donghu were recorded,which belonging to 7 phyla and 53 genera.Meanwhile,a total of 80 species in Lake Liuqiao were recorded,which belonging to 7 phyla and 47 genera.The main dominant species in Lake Donghu were Phormidium tenue,Ankistrodesmus acicularis,Raphidiopsis curvata,R.sinensia and Nitzschia longissima var.reversa,whereas P.tenue,Merismopedia tenuissima,Cryptomonas ovata and A.angustus were dominated in Lake Liuqiao.The average density and biomass of phytoplankton in Lake Liuqiao(656.7×105 cells/L and 12.71 mg/L)were higher than those in Lake Donghu(654.8×105 cells/L and 6.24 mg/L).Both Lake Donghu and Lake Liuqiao were at eutrophic levels.Redundancy analysis results revealed that water temperature,TN,TP and crustacean zooplankton were the main environmental factors affecting the community structure of phytoplankton.
