古根丰年虫营养成分分析

摘    要:对古根丰年虫(Branchinella kugenumaensis)卵、无节幼体、养殖成虫和野生成虫的营养成分进行了测定。结果显示:不同发育阶段的古根丰年虫粗蛋白质含量为69.51%~87.65%,粗脂肪含量为5.09%~25.17%,粗灰分为5.31%~8.98%。除色氨酸因酸水解未测定外,不同发育阶段的古根丰年虫17种氨基酸总量占干重的66.00%~83.45%,鱼体必需氨基酸占干重27.40%~40.18%,不同发育阶段的古根丰年虫氨基酸组成稳定,氨基酸含量不同。不同发育阶段的古根丰年虫脂肪酸组成有较大差异。

Abstract:Samples of egg,nauplius,cultured adult and wild adult of Branchinella kugenumaensis were collected to determine the nutritive compositions by chemical analysis.The results showed that crude protein,lipid and crude ash of B.kugenumaensis at different development stages ranged 69.51%~87.65%,5.09%~25.17% and 5.31%~8.98%,respectively.Amino acids analysis indicated that the total amount of 17 amino acids(tryptophan was not detected) in dry samples of B.kugenumaensis ranged 66.00%~83.45%,including the essential a...
