| 摘 要： | 在水温20~24℃条件下,用硫酸铜、硫醚沙星、溴氯海因、二氧化氯、甲醛对花鱼骨(Hem ibarbus macu-latesB leeker)鱼苗(体长7~10 mm)进行急性毒性试验,并求出这五种药物相应的安全浓度。结果显示,这五种药物48 h的半致死浓度分别为0.23 mg/L、1.61 mg/L、3.48 mg/L、4.59 mg/、l55.96 mg/L,安全浓度分别为0.05 mg/L、0.24 mg/L、0.60 mg/L、1.04 mg/L、3.65 mg/L。表明溴氯海因和二氧化氯可安全使用,硫醚沙星和甲醛需慎用,硫酸铜不适宜在花鱼骨鱼苗的防病中使用。

| Abstract: | Acute toxicity of five drugs(copper sulfate,premix allitridum,C_5H_6BrClN_2O_2,ClO_2,formalin)to Hemibarbus maculates fries(7~10 mm in body length)were studied by biological toxic test method at the water temperture of 20~24 ℃.The results showed that the median-lethal concentrations were 0.23 mg/L,1.61 mg/L,3.48 mg/L,4.59 mg/L and 55.96 mg/L,the safe concentrations were 0.05 mg/L,0.24 mg/L,0.60 mg/L,1.04 mg/L and 3.65 mg/L.It was suggested that C_5H_6BrClN_2O_2 and ClO_2 may be used securely,premix Allitridum and formalin should be used carefully,Copper sulfate can not be used. |
