| Abstract: | In September 2009,fish resources were investigated in Shaanxi Kuyu aquatic resources reserve,by quadrat sampling method.Four fish species,namely,Paracobitis variegates,Triplophysa minxianensis,Phoxinus lagowskii and Scaphesthes macrolepis were found in the reserve.Fishes had different distributional altitudes in this area.The dominant species was P.lagowskii,and the biggest individual was of S.macrolepis.In intermediate altitude of 950~1200 meter of the reserve,there were more fish species,greater biodiversity,richer fish resources and greater average body weight,and there emerged the biggest individual of every species.As the main protected object,T.minxianensis had the least quantity and biomass,and its protection should be enhanced. |
