Abstract:The comparative analysis of bacterial community structure in aquaculture water,feed and in the intestinal canal of Percoypris pingi pingi larvae(body weight 13.61±1.86 g),including intestinal contents and intestinal wall,was conducted,based on 16S rDNA PCR-DGGE figure using a culture independent approach.The results showed that the bacterial community displayed a certain similarity between intestinal contents and intestinal wall of the fish under artificial rearing conditions.The bacterial community of intestinal contents was richer than that of intestinal wall.The bacterial communities of intestinal contents in midgut and hindgut were larger than that in foregut,but for intestinal wall there were no significant differences in bacterial communities among the fore-,mid-and hindgut.The main source of gastrointestinal microbiota for the fish was feed.The bacterial communities of intestinal contents and intestinal wall had a greater relevance to the feed,with the values up to 51.6% and 43.0%,respectively.Therefore,it may be viable to add microbial ecological agents in the feed to improve the ability of disease resistance and nutrition intake for the fish.
