摘    要:通过纸片琼脂扩散法分别测定了42种中草药提取液pH值调节至中性前后对嗜水气单胞菌的抑菌圈直径大小,用t检验对药液pH值调节至中性前后的抑菌效果进行分析比较,结果表明差异极显著(P =0.002<0.01).采用试管二倍稀释法测定了6种中草药在调节pH值至中性后对嗜水气单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC...
