太门哲罗鱼消化系统形态学和组织学的研究

Studies on morphology and histology of digesting system of Hucho taimen

The morphology and histology of digesting system of Hucho taimen were studied using anatomy and microtechnic.The results showed the construction features of the digesting system as follow.The oralpharyneal cavity contained taste buds,mucilage cells and a lot of teeth.The esophagus was pachy and short,and there were 9～15 mucosal foldings in its intine.A large mucous cells and some spindle cells were distributed between the pavement epithelium cells in mucous layer of esophagus.The shape of stomach was like a "V".The mucous layer of stomach showed many gastric pits,and a greate number of gastric gland were founded under columnar epithelium.The intestines consisted of foregut and rectum,of which there were developed striated border in mucous layer with 3 kinds of mucus cells and number of eosinophil granule.Pyloric caecum was hiascent from foregut,which had the similar histological structure with foregut.The liver was independent from the pancreas.We thought that the digesting system of Hucho taimen showed a typical characteristic as carnivorous fish based on our research into digesting system of Hucho taimen and the correlation between construction features of digestive system and food habit.
