盐酸环丙沙星对厚颌鲂幼鱼GOT和GPT活性的影响

摘    要:采用一次性胸腔注射法,研究了盐酸环丙沙星对(30±2.3)g/尾的厚颌鲂(Megalobrama pellegrini)幼鱼谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)活性的影响。结果显示:随着给药时间的延长,厚颌鲂的肝脏、肌肉和鳃组织GOT活性呈现不规则变化;随着给药浓度的增加,则出现先升后降,然后趋于稳定的趋势;随着给药时间的延长,试验前期肝脏GPT活性基本保持不变,试验中期以后则出现先升后降,然后趋于稳定的趋势,肌肉和鳃组织GPT活性呈现先降后升再降的趋势;随着给药浓度的增加,总体则基本呈现不规则变化;盐酸环丙沙星对厚颌鲂幼鱼各组织GOT和GPT活性大小依次为肝脏鳃肌肉;通过GOT活性变化可判断,肝脏、肌肉和鳃组织的休药期分别为29、27和32 d;通过GPT活性变化可判断,肝脏、肌肉和鳃组织的休药期分别为37、28和34 d。

The effects of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride on GPT and GOT activity in juveniles of Megalobrama pellegrini
Abstract:The effects of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride on GPT and GOT activity in juveniles of Megalobrama pellegrini (30 ± 2. 3g) were studied by the method of disposable pleural injection, and the withdrawal period. The results showed that, during the trial period, GOT activity in liver, muscle and gill tissue were changed irregularly with the increment of time; With the increment of the concentration of administration, it decreased after increased firstly, and then tended sta-bilizing; With the increment of time, in the early test, GPT activity in liver were remained no changes, in the medium test, it increased firstly and then decreased, and stabilized, GPT activity in muscle and gill tissue increased after de-creased firstly, and then decreased; With the increment of the concentration of administration, the base irregular changed, the order of, GOT and GPT activity were liver>gill tissue >muscle; according to the changes of GOT activity, the withdrawal period of liver, muscle, gill tissue were 24 d, 23 d, 27 d respectively; according to the changes of GPT activity, the withdrawal period of liver, muscle, gill tissue were 29 d, 27 d, 30 d respectively.
