| 摘 要： | 用HE染色方法研究了大刺鳅(Mastacembelue armatus)消化系统组织结构。结果显示:大刺鳅的食道短小,食道粘膜上皮中分布大量的粘液细胞。胃壁较厚,胃壁内侧有较多的的粘膜褶。贲门部和胃体部的固有膜中分布大量的胃腺。幽门部开口很小,有一层很厚的环肌。肠管上的粘膜上皮有致密的小肠绒毛,纹状缘发达。肝脏致密。胰脏弥散分布在肝脏周围。 |

| Abstract: | The histological studies on digestive system of mastacembelue armatus indicate that the esophagus is short and massive mucilage cells distribute in the esophagus mucous membrane epidermis.The stomach wall is thick and there are many mucous membrane pleats in it.Massive gastric glands distribute in the upper and body portion of the stomach.The pylon′s mouth is small,but a circular layer of striated musclepars is very thick.There are compact intestinal villus in mucous epithelium of the intestinal tract and the striated border is obvious.The liver cells is compact.The pancreas cells distributes around the liver cells. |
