海带“三海”品系栽培试验初报

在浙江沿浦湾进行了“三海”海带新品系与“福建种”海带的对比养殖测试，经过了6,f,-月试验，在3个测试海区中，“三海”与“福建种”海带对比，其耐高温能力强，薄嫩期生长快，厚成期干物质积累快，增产达到了10％以上，能够进行大规模养殖生产应用；在养殖生产中，应充分发挥其前期生长较快和后期干物质积累能力强的特点，在流速较小的海区进行即食海带养殖生产，而在流速较大的海区进行淡干海带的养殖生产。

A Preliminary Report on the Cultivation Test of the Strain of Sanhai Kelp（ Laminariajaponica ）

A cultivation test of comparison between two strains （ Sanhai kelp and Fujian kelp ） was carried out in three locations of Yanpu bay of Zhejiang province for six months. The results obtained were as follow： Compared with Fujian kelp, Sanhai kelp had better high temperature resistance, grew faster in the mushroom stage, dry materials accumulated faster in the adult stage, the yield increased was above 10%, so Sanhai kelp can be cultivated on a large scale; in cultivation production, we should make full use of advantages of growing faster in the prophase and accumulating of dry materials faster in the anaphase, we can carry on cultivation production of instant kelp in the sea area which has lower current velocity while carring on cultivation production of mild and dry kelp in the sea area which has higher current velocity.
