| 摘 要： | 2011年，在全球经济复苏乏力的背景下，南极磷虾主要生产企业的经营情况出现波动。南极磷虾捕捞产量下降。产品销售方面，北美市场出现增长，欧洲市场销售下降，市场竞争更加激烈。本文对2011年全球南极磷虾捕捞和主要生产企业的经营概况进行了回顾和分析，对业内关于南极磷虾产业发展前景的不同观点进行了论述。近年来，国内不少企业和研究机构开始涉足南极磷虾的捕捞和产品研发。在全球渔业资源日趋紧张和人类对蛋白质的需求不断增长的背景下，借鉴国外南极磷虾开发过程中的经验教训，对产业发展模式进行探索和研究十分必要。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed fishing output and business of manufacturing enterprises of global Antarctic krill industry in 2011.When the global economy recovered weakly,some manufacturing enterprises engaged mainly in Antarctic krill business showed fluctuation.Antarctic krill fishing output declined.On the production market,sales in is North America market increasing,while sales in is Europe market falling down.The competition is heating up in the market. |
