闽—粤东族大黄鱼Pseudosciaena crocea（Richardson）象山港养殖群数量与质量性状的研究

研究了闽-粤东族大黄鱼象山港养殖群数量与质量性状，结果认为：象山港养殖大黄鱼第Ⅱ背鳍软鳍条数，鳃耙数可数性状比自然大黄鱼在数目上减少，性状指标头长/眼径，尾柄长/尾柄高，体长/体高等5项可量性状在均值上减少，而体长/头长，头长/吻长两项可量性状指标在均值上呈上升趋势，象山港养殖大黄鱼的脂肪含量远比自然产大黄鱼高（6.4倍），而鱼体中的各氨基酸含量及总量前者比后者低。

A Study on Characteristics of Quantity and Quality of the Cultured Large Yellow Croakers Pseudosciaena crocea (Richardson) Belonging to the Ming-Audong Tribe in the Xiangshan Port

This paper is about the counting and quantitative characteristic and about the study of Isozymes in cultured large yellow croaker of xiangshan port.The finding is as followed:The number of dorsal rags and gill-rakes of cultured large yellow croaker'is bigger than those of natural lager yellow croakers'.As the mean of five Characteristics such as length of C-peduncle/depth of C-peduncle is concerned,the former is less than the latter.In order to study the extent of resource fading,the writer chose the natural sample of Daiju large yellow croaker population and compared the new study finding with that of 1960's.From the Comparison.There's a falling among some head length/snout length and the number of dorsal rays are bigger than the others'.In addition,by studying,we have to believe a fact,namely,the fat in cultured croaker is much more than that of natured croaker,but the Amino acids contents of muscle of the cultured croaker' is dearly less than those of natural large yellow Croakers'.This paper may supply some theoretical basics to the better management and protection of the excellent population of large yellow croaker.
