我国农业装备产业组织结构调整方向分析

分析了我国农业装备产业发展的现状和态势,剖析了农业装备制造业发展过程中存在的问题。提出我国农业装备产业组织结构调整方向为:建立纵向延伸、横向联接的产业发展模式;培育大型企业集团,提高产业集中度;扶持中小型企业专业化发展,构筑企业共生共享网络;防止地区产业趋同,打造区域特色农装产业集群。

Study on Adjustment of Organization Structure of Agricultural Equipment Industry in China

The present situation and problems occurred during the development of Chinese agricultural equipment industry was analyzed, and the suggestions on how to adjust organization structure of Chinese agricultural equipment industry were proposed. The thought of adjustment of industrial structure in China has been explored in the following four respects: build suitable mode for the industry development; nurture several large-scale enterprises groups so as to increase the industry concentration; assist and support small and middle-sized enterprises to develop in the direction of profession and specialization industry, and build networks which existed with and shared by the enterprises; prevent similarity industries from appearing in the same region, and make regional specialized agricultural equipment industrial groups.
