摘    要:为了提高农业物料称量准确度和速度,对混合式定量称量系统进行动态特性分析,建立称量系统数学模型,分析影响称量系统动态特性因素,探讨提高系统动态特性方法.试验数据分析表明,外加阻尼器和采用数字补偿方法提高和改善了系统动态特性,有利于实现农业物料快速、准确称量.

Abstract:To enhance accuracy and velocity of agricultural materials weighing, the dynamic characteristics of a hybrid quantifying-weighing system was analyzed, the mathematical model of the weighing system was established, the factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of the weighing system was investigated, and the methods to improve the dynamic characteristics was suggested. The experimental data show that the means of adding damper and adopting digital compensation can enhance and improve the dynamic characteristics of the weighing system.
