基于摩擦的斜齿轮齿面接触疲劳强度计算

摘    要:针对工程上在进行齿轮强度计算时不计齿间摩擦力的问题,通过系统地分析、研究,在建立齿面受力数学模型的基础上,推导出包含齿间摩擦力在内的斜齿轮轮齿表面接触疲劳应力计算公式。研究结果表明,齿间摩擦力对斜齿轮轮齿表面接触疲劳强度的影响的确不容忽视。

Abstract:According to the traditional strength theory of the involute gear, the effect of the sliding friction between teeth could be neglected on the basis of lubricant, but for the helical gear it is not the case. As for this point, on the ground of mathematical model of tooth surface contract stress, the author of the paper deduced the calculation equation of the driving gear tooth surface contract fatigue strength under the action of the sliding friction, through fully analyzing the forces exerted on the driving gear of helical gear drive. The conclusion indicated that it is right.
