组合振动式导苗机构试验研究

摘    要:针对提出的一种新型导苗机构,分析了钵苗在导苗机构中的运动过程,通过落苗过程模拟分析建立了导苗机构动力学模型。采用正交试验研究导苗机构结构与性能关系,得出影响移栽性能的主次因素和优化导苗机构与开沟器的结构参数,为移栽机设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The process of seedling drop in a combined guiding device was investigated in this paper, and a kinetic model of the guiding device was put forward. By a primary orthogonal experiment, the effects of the structure of the guiding device and the furrow opener on performance of transplanting corn seedlings were tested. The results showed that the order of the influencing factor for the working stability of the transplanter is the guiding device form, the width of the furrow opener, and the advancing velocity of the unit. The major factors and the optimum parameter combination were found out, which provided a theoretical basis for further research on semi auto transplanter.
