柴油机缸套双向旋转浅表层激光强化技术的试验研究

摘    要:针对当前柴油机缸套使用寿命短的问题 ,剖析了高频淬火工艺和早期的激光处理工艺存在的问题 ,并应用新的激光处理方法对缸套进行表面强化 ,使激光的扫描硬化轨迹在缸套内表面形成了网状的硬化带。利用输入功率为 12 0 0 W、光斑直径 3 mm、螺距 3 mm的规范对缸套进行加工 ,形成宽小于 2 .5 mm、深小于 0 .2 5 m m的网状硬化带 ,能使缸套的使用寿命提高 7倍 ,并有利于下一次的修理

Abstract:In order to prolong the life span of a diesel cylinder, this article analysed the shortage of high frequency quenching technology and the surface strengthening of diesel cylinder by laser. The new method of laser treatment was used to harden the cylinder and a netlike induration strap was formed as a result of laser scanning. The experimental study indicates that the life span would be increased by 7 times if the induration straps have a distance of 3 mm between two straps and strap width less than 2 5 mm, depth less than 0 25 mm, which were formed by laser with input power 1 200 W and spot diameter 3 mm.
