轮胎-沙土相互作用的预测模型及试验研究

摘    要:分析了车轮下土壤的切向位移,建立了考虑载荷作用方式对沙土压力-沉陷关系产生影响的弹性轮胎与沙土相互作用的预测模型。研制了一套车辆牵引性能电测试验装置,并在新疆沙漠地区进行了车辆牵引性能试验。结果表明,所建模型的预测值与实测值有较好的一致性。

Abstract:Among various assumptions of tyre and soft soil contact contour, the concept of equivalent rigid wheel introduced by Fujimuto in 1977 is widely used. Generally, the concept is used in interaction of tyre and clay soil; in this paper, it was developed for use in the interaction of tyre and sand. For this purpose, the tangential displacement of sand under the tyre was analyzed first and then the prediction model for the interaction of tyre and sand was proposed. Furthermore, in the prediction model the effects of loading modes on sand pressure sinkage relation was considered. In order to verify the prediction model, an electronic experimental device for measuring tractive performance of vehicle was developed, and the tractive test was carried out in Takelamagan Desert in Xinjiang. The results show that the predicted values of tractive efficiency and tractive coefficient are in conformity with the tested ones.
