莲藕清洗设备的研制

摘    要:介绍了莲藕清洗原理和设备的基本组成,建立了莲藕清洗的数学模型,优化了清洗装置的结构和运动参数,分析了各参数对清洗性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,莲藕清洗装置的未洗净率和损伤率均较低。在生产实践中,用此装置代替手工清洗作业,可提高生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。

Abstract:The integral structure and working principle of the device for lotus root washing have been introduced. The mathematical model of lotus root washing was established,the structure and kinetic parameters of the machine were optimized and the influencing factors of these parameters were analyzed. The results of the parameters optimization were as follows: chain web speed is 0.12 m/s, current speed is 15 m/s, hole diameter is 3 mm and the high of shooting current is 150 mm . The experimental results indicated that the lotus root washing equipment provided a low rate of unwashed and the low rate of damaged lotus.
