摘    要:分析了猪肉新鲜度检测识别机理,构建了一套基于电子信息、光电检测、图像处理技术以及神经网络模式识别技术的智能检测辨识系统。对猪肉样本的测试与分析验证了该方法可快速准确地识别猪肉新鲜度。

Abstract:In order to find a quick valid scientific way to identify pork freshness, the measuring mechanism of identifying the freshness of pork was analyzed, and one set of intellectual detection and identification system was designed. The system based on electronic information technology, photoelectric detection technology, image processing technology and neural network model recognition technology. Through the test and analysis of the pork sample, it showed that this system is real-time in discerning the freshness of pork accurately. In addition, this method could be applied in other relevant fields.
