摘    要:分析了煤的粘附机理,研究了煤的含水量,机械组成,所受正压力以及表面电渗因素对煤的法向粘附力的影响规律。试验证明,煤对外物的粘附力与煤的含水量呈抛物线关系;对低含水量的煤,粘附力随正压力增大而增大,当煤的含水量较高时,粘附力与正压力呈抛物线关系;煤的机械组成对煤的法向粘附力有很大影响,煤中细小等级含量多,粘附力大;

Abstract:Coal adhesion has brought much difficulties to parts contacted by coal. In this paper, the mechanism of coal adhesion was analyzed. The adhesion forces between coal and metal include chemical adsorption and capillary force between coal particle and surface of metal and cohesive force of water in the interface. The factors affecting normal adhesion between coal and working part, such as water content of coal, normal pressure and mechanical composition of coal were studied. Experiments show that the relationship between adhesion force and water content of coal was consistent with quadratic parabola. For lower water content of coal, adhesion force increased as normal pressure increased. For higher water content of coal, the relationship between adhesion force and normal pressure was also consistent with quadratic parabola. Coal mechanical composition has a great influence on the adhesion force. The finer the coal particles, the larger the adhesion force. It was found that surface electroosmosis could efficiently reduce the normal adhesion of coal. The maximum reduction of adhesion force is 83 7%.
