爪式粉碎机旋转噪声的控制

摘    要:对爪式粉碎机旋转噪声的产生机理作了分析,指出合理选择爪式粉碎机动,定齿齿数和增加动,定齿径向间隙,可从声源上主动降低爪式粉碎机的旋转噪声,并对FFC-23A型爪式粉碎机进行了降噪改进设计,分别在空载和负载下取得了6.6dB(A)和5dB(A)的降噪效果。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of generating mechanism of rotation noise for the diskmill.the authors confirmed that the rotation noise of disk mill can be reduced from noisesource by properly selecting the number of moving claws & fixed claws of the disk mill, andincreasing the radial gap between them.In accordance with the above, we have done a modified design for the disk mill FFC-23A, and obtained a result of 6.6dB(A) and 5dB(A) noise reduction under no-load condi-tion and loaded condition respectively.
