精铸热锻模具钢高温磨损行为的研究

摘    要:研究了不同试验条件下新型精铸热锻模具钢的高温磨损行为及机理。研究结果表明:精铸热锻模具钢的磨损是由粘着磨损和氧化磨损共同作用的结果。在室温或较低温度下、载荷和转速较低、磨损时间较短时,磨损机制以粘着磨损为主,磨损率较高;随着温度的升高、载荷增大、转速提高、高温磨损时间的增加,以氧化磨损机制为主,氧化物的数量增加,使氧化物敷在表面起到保护作用,降低了粘着磨损的作用,磨损率降低。

Abstract:High temperature wear behaviour and mechanism of a new developed cast die steel under different operating modes were studied in order to pursuit its higher life. The results showed that the operating modes had apparent influences on high temperature wear behaviour. The wear of the hot forged cast die steel is attributed to two mechanisms, adhesive wear and oxidation wear. Under lower temperature, load, speed and short time, the dominant adhesive wear leads to higher wear rate. As increasing temperature, load, speed and time of wear, wear surface with higher temperature will be liable to oxidization, which results in a lower wear rate.
