正齿行星轮分插机构的动力学分析

摘    要:采用推导的刚体复合运动微分方程和动力学方程组逐次求解的方法对正齿行星轮分插机构进行动力学分析,建立其动力学模型,得到在插秧过程中链条、太阳轮轴心、中间轮轴心、行星轮轴心、太阳轮与中间轮啮合点和中间轮与行星轮啮合点受力与行星架转角的关系,为进一步对该机构强度分析和动力学优化提供理论基础。

Abstract:The dynamics characteristics of transplanting mechanism with planetary spur gears were analyzed by using the method we derived. The method includes differential equations of rigid compound motion and stepwise solving solution of dynamics equations sets. Dynamics model of the mechanism was set up, and the relationships between rotary angle of planetary carrier and the force of several positions were obtained. The positions were chain, axle of central elliptical gear, axle of middle gears, axle of planetary gears, meshing point between central gear and middle gear, and meshing point between planetary gear and middle gear. What we mentioned above provided theoretical bases to optimize its dynamics parameters and analyze strength of the mechanism.
