重型专用车车架的离散拓扑优化

摘    要:提出了对专用车车架进行离散拓扑优化的方法,给出了优化过程,并对典型重型专用车车架进行了离散拓扑优化,在不增加车架质量的前提下,提高了车架的扭转刚度,降低了车架应力水平。

Abstract:The topological optimization method for a discrete structure was adopted in an optimization process of a special vehicle frame. The optimization process for a typical heavy special vehicle frame was described. The optimum results showed that the torsion stiffness of the frame was increased and the stress level was significantly reduced without any mass increase on the frame.
