摘    要:应用一维波动模型对一台车用6缸直喷式柴油机采用脉冲谐振废气涡轮复合增压系统进行了模拟计算,模型预测的进气压力波与实测压力波十分吻合,分析了谐振系统结构参数对进气压力波及充量系数的影响,发现对于一定的发动机转速,充量系数达到最大时所对应的谐振管长度比压力波幅值达到最大时对应的长度小0.15 ̄0.25m。参数优化的谐振进气系统的最大充量系数比不用谐振时提高6%左右。

Abstract:A charging intake system of resonant turbocharger for an automotive diesel engine of 6 cylinder direct injection with bore 110 mm and stroke 125 mm was simulated by the one dimensional flow model. The predictions of intake pressure wave by the model were in good agreement with the measured ones. Effects of system parameters such as resonant box volume, resonant pipe diameter and length on intake pressure wave and engine volumetric efficiency were calculated and verified experimentally. It was found that at a definite engine speed the resonant pipe length corresponding to the maximum volumetric efficiency is smaller by 0 15~0 25 m than that corresponding to the maximum pressure wave amplitude. The resonantly charging system with the optimum parameters increases the maximum volumetric efficiency by 6% in comparison with the engine without resonator.
