| 摘 要： | 在多年生产实践基础上确定参数和指标，进行马铃薯淀粉分离的正交试验，并将试验结果用Matlab软件进行曲线拟合。通过对试验结果的分析可获知于马铃薯淀粉分离的水力旋流器的性能指标随各参数变化的规律，得出一定条件下最佳分离状态的各参数值，为水力旋流器用于马铃薯淀粉分离的设计提供依据。

| Abstract: | Based on the experiences of production and the conditions provided by the reality the parameters and indexes were determined. The similar conditions were made to perform orthogonal experiments of separating potato starch. The results of the experiments were displayed by figures and the data were fitted with Matlab. The results show the change characteristics of the indexes as the parameters changing and the values of the optimum parameters of potato starch separation on some conditions. The results provide a basis for design of hydrocyclone for potato starch separation. |
