摘    要:液压马达新型配流盘上的沟槽为偏心圆结构,对其进行了受力分析;推导了相应的计算公式,得到了相关的性能曲线;指出了这种液压马达配流盘设计时应注意的问题。

Abstract:Nearly all the arcs or circles of grooves on traditional distribution valves are concentric, yet eccentric circles or arcs are found in new-style distribution valves. This paper presents calculation formulas of a new-style distribution valve in camshaft connecting-rod type low speed high torque hydraulic motors. By making mechanical studies on the distribution valve based on presented ~ormulas, some performance curves were gotten and some issues that should be noticed were pointed out when designing this new kind of distribution valve.
