内插管式消声器结构优化与试验研究

摘    要:在大量试验的基础上,研究了二级扩张室式消声器中穿孔管结构的变化对消声器消声效果的影响,并优选出最佳结构的消声器,该消声器消声量大且功率损失小,能满足对内燃机日益严格的噪声要求。

Abstract:To reduce exhaust noise of an internal combustion engine, we designed and made nine different mufflers with inside pipe. The pipe lengths and diameters are not the same and the arrangements of the inside pipes are not the same too. Based on the repeated tests, the optimum structure of muffler were defined and the influence of inside pipe structure variation of the muffler on muffling effect were studied. The practice has proved that the expansion chamber and inside pipe muffler is simple on structure and has the feature of effective muffling.The optimum pipe length is one third of expansion chamber length,with longer or shorter pipe, the muffler's muffling will be reduced.
