| 摘 要： | 建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的三轮农用运输车机架有限元计算模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了静态、自由振动和随机振动分析.将计算结果与实验数据进行对比分析,验证了有限元计算模型的正确性,找出了机架的危险部位,提出并且验证了改进方案,为产品改型设计提供了依据.

| Abstract: | In this paper ,the FEA model of a three-wheel vehicle frame was established by taking shell as a basic unit. The analysis of static ,dynamic and random vibrations was made by using ANSYS FEAS. The calculation result was compared and verified by that from the experiment. The weak part was pointed out,the improved scheme was put forward and verified. |
