拖拉机驾驶室内部噪声响应的灵敏度分析

根据拖拉机驾驶室和机体之间是由弹性连接件构成的弱连接这一结构特点,提出了一种弱耦合车辆系统室内噪声频率响应的灵敏度分析方法,计算了在发动机振动激励下驾驶室内部耳旁噪声响应的灵敏度,其结果与基于试验的偏相干分析的结果相吻合,并根据灵敏度分析法的诊断结果采取了相应的降噪措施,经整车减振降噪的试验表明,此方法所作的诊断是可信的。

SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS ON INTERIOR NOISE RESPONSES OF THE TRACTOR CAB

In this paper, according to this structural feature of weak joint constituted by elastic joint parts between the cab and body of the tractor, a sensitivity analysis method of frequency response is presented on interior noises of weak coupling vehicle system. By means of the method, sensitivity of interior noise responses at driver's ear position is computed when the tractor is only excited by vibrations of the diesel engine. A good agreement is obtained through comparing the above results with the results of the partial coherence analysis based on experiments. Then on the basis of the diagnostic results of sensitivity analysis method, corresponding measures are taken. Experiments of reducing vibrations and noises of whole tractor system indicate that diagnoses made by the method are feasible and effective.
