自推进旋耕机限深部件行进阻力的试验研究

摘    要:为了研究自推进旋耕机限深部件的功率消耗与行进速度、形状和下陷深度的关系 ,改善自推进旋耕机的工作性能 ,对限深部件进行了试验。单因素试验结果表明 :形状中铲形阻力最大 ;速度和下陷深度越大 ,阻力越大。通过三因素正交试验找出了影响行进阻力的主次因素和最大评价指标的参数组合。由双因素试验数据拟合得出了阻力与速度、下陷深度的数学模型 ,经试验验证 ,该模型能反映生产实际情况。

Abstract:In order to improve the working performance of a self-propelled rotary tiller and get the relationship between power-take-off of the depth-controller and its shape, working speed and depth, a test based on the analysis of the character of a self-propelled rotary was carried out. According to the results from single factor experiments, the resistance of duckfoot hoe is the largest one during the tiller working, the resistance will rise with increase of speed and depth level. The major factor and best parameter combination were revealed by a triple factors orthogonal test. The simulation model of resistance was developed through double factors test. It proved that the model square was reasonable and in conformity with the actual situation.
