越野汽车前轮摆振影响因素仿真

摘    要:针对EQ2102型越野汽车的前轮摆振问题,建立了典型非独立悬架汽车转向系统力学模型,获取了计算模型的所需参数,设计了转向系统刚度测量方案,利用Matlab进行了仿真计算,分析了汽车摆振的影响因素,对车轮失衡量、系统刚度和转向系阻尼对摆振的影响进行了理论分析。

Abstract:A mechanical model of steering system for a vehicle equipped typical non-independent suspension aiming at front wheel shimmy on EQ2102 off-road vehicle was established in this work.The input parameters of the model were obtained by seeking relevant data and experiments.The stiffness testing method for the steering system was designed.Using Matlab simulation,the influence factor,for example the wheel imbalance,the stiffness and the damping were investigated theoretically.
