两平移两转动多自由度减振平台设计与试验

摘    要:采用两平移两转动并联机构为减振平台主体结构,在并联机构主动副处辅以弹簧阻尼装置,运用反向自适应原理,实现两平移两转动多自由度耦合振动衰减。对两平移两转动多自由度减振平台进行了系统结构设计、理论分析和ADAMS仿真分析,并制作样机进行了试验分析。样机仿真和试验分析结果表明,两平移两转动多自由度减振平台设计理论和分析方法是正确可行的。

Abstract:Using two-translation and two-rotation parallel mechanisms as major structure of the isolation mounting, and applying inverse-adaptive method at prime mover house spring-damping device, it realized multi-DOF vibration damping in the paper. The experimental prototype was designed with the platform based on discussing the problem of system design, theory and ADAMS simulation analyze. The results of simulation and prototype test indicated that the designing theory of the multi-DOF vibration damping platform is correct and appropriate.
