摘    要:介绍了一种新型的车载式发动机振动信号采集系统,深入分析该系统软硬件设计和实现方法。通过采样提高采样精度和稳定性,解决在室外行驶或作业条件下采集发动机信号可靠性和抗干扰性等问题,并以多种工作模式来对发动机振动信号进行实时采集,为以后发动机故障诊断和状态监测打下良好的基础。

Abstract:This paper introduces a kind of new type signal acquisition system that is applied to engine of automobile. It analyses the software and hardware's design and method of realization. Reliability and anti-jamming is solved efficiently by OSR when acquisiting the vibration signal of engine under the circumstance of field work and running. Through the multimode real-time acquisition of vibration signal of engine, it can provide the favorable basic for diagnosing the fault of engine and monitoring the state of engine afterward.
