苹果表面缺陷红外热成像检测装置及处理方法

摘    要:红外热成像技术是一种可用于农产品检测的新型无损检测技术。简介了红外热成像原理及该技术用于苹果表面缺陷检测的方法。实验装置以IR790为核心,将苹果表面温场转换为热图像显示,经计算机处理与分析,最终得到苹果缺陷信息。

Abstract:Infrared thermography technique has been one of the non-destructive methods which can be used in agricultural production.The principle of infrared measurement technique was introduced in this paper.At the same time,application of infrared thermography in surface defect detection of apples was given.The experiment device,with a core of IR970,was used to collect temperature distribution information of both apples with surface defects and apples with sound quality,which would be transformed to thermal-induced imageries.Then the thermal-induced imageries would be processed and analyzed by computer.Finally,the defect information was gained.
