基于MICK―4FI模式下的核心资源特性研究

资源基础理论认为企业拥有"异质性"的核心资源是获得竞争优势的关键,很多学者对核心资源所具有的各种特性进行了分析。随着社会的发展,核心资源应具有的特性也随之变化。本篇文章基于MICK-4FI资源运营模式,阐述核心资源识别对企业获得竞争优势的重要性,并面向竞争优势的形成提出顾客价值性、竞争性、不可模仿复制性、可控性、战略性等适应现代企业发展的五个核心资源检验指标,最后基于这五个特性,建立核心资源识别的决策工具。

Research on core Resources Characteristic Based on MICK-4FI Model

Resource-Based View points out possession of "heterogeneity" core resource is potential critical to corporation to obtain competition advantage. A number of scholars analyzed characteristic of core resource. With development of society, characteristic of core resource changed slowly. Based on MICK-4FI model, this paper describes core resource identification is very important to get advantage for enterprise and then puts forward five indexes, such as customer value, competition, unimitativeness, controllability and strategy, to adapt modern corporation development for competition advantage. Finally based on these five indexes, we establish decision-making tool about core resource identification.
