免耕播种机防堵装置的设计

摘    要:针对在留有秸秆和根茬的地上进行免耕播种时,播种作业过程中开沟器容易遇到缠草堵塞问题,设计了一种新型防堵装置。该装置能同时起到切断秸秆和拨开秸秆的作用,从而有效清理播种施肥开沟器前的秸秆,试验表明该装置防堵效果好,动力要求低。本文确定了防堵装置的主要工作部件——缺口圆盘刀的主要参数。所设计结构的优点为不需要大量粉碎根茬,因而动土量少,整机功率消耗小,有利于充分发挥保护性耕作的优势。

Abstract:When No-tillage maize Planter is working on the uncultivated land which was covered with wheat stubble,a new type of anti-blocking device is designed to solve the problems of grass-wrapping and blocking when furrow opener is moving.The device can not only cut off the straw but also poke it to cleaning up the straw in front of the furrow opener effectively.The effect of anti-blocking is fine and it need little power.The main parameter of the disk which is the main part of the anti-blocking device is confirmed.The advantage of the structure is breaking less mass of straw,in order to breaking less ground and consuming less power,the advantage of conservation tillage,can exert better.
