| Abstract: | The paper begins from essential characteristic of every enterprise of agro-machinery industry. Based on newest achievement of scientific research of modern management, the paper combines the modern management thought in the west with the characteristics of agro-machinery enterprises of our country, and probes into the incentive mechanism of agro-machinery industry. This paper offers reference for the manpower resources development and utilization in the course of deepen reform of agro-machinery industry. |
