| 摘 要： | 农机监理人员素质关系着农机监理工作的成败。在构建农机监理人员素质评价指标体系的基础上,综合运用模糊数学、概率论、空间两点距离等理论,进行农机监理人员素质多维模糊量化评估,可以帮助农机监理站有效鉴别人才,极大地促进农机监理站人力资源管理工作和农机监理站发展。

| Abstract: | Agricultural machinery supervisors' quality plays an important role in agricultural machinery supervision work. On the basis of the construction of the evaluation index system for agricultural machinery supervisors' quality, making the multi-dimensional fuzzy quantitative evaluation for agricultural machinery supervisors' quality by fuzzy mathematics, probability theory and the theory of the distance between two spots in space, can help agricultural machinery supervision stations distinguish talents effectively and promote the human resource management as well as the development of agricultural machinery supervision stations greatly. |
