| 摘 要： | 基于mcrA克隆文库和PCR-DGGE技术分析,对农村户用沼气池中产甲烷古菌微生物的群落结构进行了分析。经mcrA克隆文库分析,结果表明,沼气池中产甲烷古菌以产甲烷囊菌属(Methanoculleus)和小甲烷粒菌属(Methanocorpusculum parvum)为主,其他类群包括产甲烷菌属(Methanogenium),马氏甲烷八叠球菌属(Methanosarci-na mazei),甲烷盘菌属(Methanoplanus),甲烷杆菌属(Methanobacteriales)和甲烷鬃菌属(Methanosaeta)。经PCR-DGGE分析,沼气池中的古菌主要以产甲烷囊菌属(Methanoculleus)和甲烷粒菌属(Methanocorpusculum)为主,其他类群包括产甲烷菌属(Methanogenium),甲烷盘菌属(Methanoplanus)和甲烷鬃菌属(Methanosaeta)。 |

| Abstract: | The methanogenic archaea community structure in a rural cow manure biogas digester was analysized by molecular ecology techniques on the basis of mcrA gene clone library and DGGE.The mcrA gene clone library was adopted to analyze methanogenic archaea community structure.The results showed that the dominant methanogenic archaea are Methanoculleus and Methanocorpusculum.Other organisms included Methanogenium,Methanoplanus,Methanosarcinamazei,Methanoplanus,Methanobacteriales and Methanosaeta.The methanogen diversity could be tracked by using PCR-denaturing grandient gel electrophoresis. |
