荞麦籽粒群摩擦力学特性研究

摘    要:为减少荞麦籽粒在机械化作业过程中的摩擦损失,本文研究了荞麦籽粒群的摩擦力学特性。分别选取黑丰1号和榆荞4号为研究对象,研究不同品种、不同含水率的荞麦籽粒群与不同材料间的滑动摩擦因数,分析不同含水率的荞麦籽粒群休止角。结果表明:品种、含水率对荞麦籽粒群的滑动摩擦因数影响均显著,黑丰1号的滑动摩擦因数均大于榆荞4号;随含水率增加,荞麦籽粒群的滑动摩擦因数呈线性增大趋势。含水率对荞麦籽粒群休止角影响显著,随含水率增加,荞麦籽粒群的休止角近似线性增大,变化范围为27.98°~38.70°。荞麦籽粒群与不锈钢板、铝板两种材料间的滑动摩擦因数分别为:0.332~0.454、0.368~0.503;荞麦籽粒群与不锈钢板间滑动摩擦因数较铝板低。本研究为荞麦机械化作业装备的研制与优化提供理论依据。

Study on tribological characteristics of buckwheat grain group
Abstract:In order to reduce the friction loss of buckwheat grains in the process of mechanized operation, this paper studied the tribological properties of buckwheat grains. Heifeng 1 and Yuqiao 4 were selected as the research objects.The sliding friction coefficients between different varieties and different moisture content of buckwheat grain groups and different materials were studied, and the repose angle of buckwheat grain with different moisture content was analyzed. The result showed that variety and moisture content have significant effects on the sliding friction factor of buckwheat grains. The sliding friction factor of Heifeng 1 was greater than that of Yuqiao 4. With the increase of moisture content, the sliding friction coefficients of the buckwheat grain group showed an increasing linear trend. The moisture content had a significant effect on the repose angle of the buckwheat grain group. With the increase of the moisture content, the repose angle of the buckwheat grain group increases approximately linearly, and the variation range was 27.98°-38.70°. The sliding friction coefficients between the buckwheat grain group and the stainless steel plate and aluminum plate were 0.332-0.454 and 0.368-0.503, respectively. The sliding friction coefficients between the buckwheat grain group and the stainless steel plate were lower than that of the aluminum plate. This research provided a theoretical basis for the development and optimization of buckwheat mechanized operation equipment.
